Espresso was a beloved family horse that Alessandra and her mother shared for many years. Valerie, Alessandra's mom, showed Espresso on the Arabian Horse Association show circuit for many years. In 2007 Alessandra started showing Espresso on the same circuit starting with showmanship and working her way up too short stirrup by 2011. 

In 2012, the started their dressage career together and enjoyed many shows at HITS Saugerties and other venues in CT. 

Sadly, Espresso passed away in the summer of 2014. He was known for his amazing personality and competitiveness and the barn was never the same without him.
